 Spare batteries are available for purchase.

4. Can the battery capacity of the electric wheelchair be customized?
The size of the battery is fixed and can not be customized. For large capacity, you can recommend our large capacity battery model.

5. How long will the battery last?
4-5 years in normal use.

6. What is the OEM MOQ and how to operate it?
We can customize your LOGO on the wheelchair. The minimum order quantity is 10 sets.

7. How to operate the costs involved in ODM?
ODM is also acceptable to us. However, the cost of mold opening is relatively high, which requires customers to pay by themselves, and the cycle is long. If customers can accept it, our factory will have no problem.

8. Do you provide free samples? Or is there a preferential price for the sample?
 I'm very sorry that we charge sample fee for the samples. The price difference between the samples and the bulk goods will be deducted from the amount of the subsequent orders.
